Internet 2013 Year-End Stats

Dear Reader,
Here we are again, with new statistics from Internet World Stats. The 2013 year-end figures are ready and the website is in the updating process. All the world regions show Internet usage growth as you can see below in the Table. Internet broadband use and speed has increased in most of the world regions.

Both in population and Internet users, Asia is the largest region by far. In Internet penetration North America and Europe are the global leaders. These figures are very interesting, and confirm the world-wide popularity of the Internet. Global penetration is now at 39%, with 2,802,478,934 estimated Internet users.
